At Brighton Expert Tutors we find out your child’s strengths and difficulties by carrying out an initial assessment. We will then develop a bespoke programme, building on those strengths in a step-by-step approach that helps children feel successful from day one.
A child learning with Brighton Expert Tutors
‘Teaching that resulted in most progress for early years and primary aged children was that found to have a warm, emotional quality to it, positive and tailored 1:1 interactions, high quality feedback that prompts conceptual development and that spends significant time on interesting and challenging tasks.’

(Longitudinal study by Pianta et al 2008)
At Brighton Expert Tutors whether your child is getting help with maths or literacy, skills and knowledge learning is built into lessons that give learning purpose by embedding it in a rich, purposeful context. By harnessing the interests of your child we make it a truly child-led learning experience. Lessons are fun and engaging and teachers are energetic and warm and so your child won’t even feel like they are working.
‘Since I have been having my lessons, I feel more confident in reading and writing. It has really helped improve my spelling and grammar too.

My tutor is welcoming and you can talk to her about your worries.

Lessons are really fun and interesting too. Ozzy the reading dog is lovely and listens to you read. He also gives you lots of kisses.’
